To view/edit user details, you can go to the Manage Account → Manage User tab. The system will send an email notification to the user or users assigned to an account when a message is received. To stop receiving email notifications, there are two options:
- You can change your email address to a general email address and notifications will be sent here.
- We can disable email notifications, however, this will affect all users. We cannot shut off for individual users, it's an all or none setting.
