Confirm there was no issue with campaign that may have caused to fail. It is HIGHLY recommended that all a test campaign be sent/received prior to scheduling or pushing to auidence to ensure no issues.
Confirm message has in fact not been sent. In some cases, the dashboard can take a moment or two to catch up on reporting. The message log will show real-time any message that has left or entered the system. This can be found under the Reports → Message Log tab.
Confirm scheduled time was set correctly. Campaign scheduler will be set to UTC by default, please confirm the scheduled time was set correctly. This can be confirmed/adjusted under the Reports → Campaign Status Report.
Confirm account has sufficient message credits for for sending campaign. A standard SMS is based on 160 characters inluding spacing. The system provides a message count when campaign is being created. This total and the number of contacts deteremines how many credits are required for push. Please note, in cases where dynamic content is being used, the actual message count can be higher that estimate based on dynamic data being inserted. To view account balance, click My Account → Plan in the upper right corner of portal.
