Sending SMS

  1. Begin testing by selecting a Dynamics contact

  2. Please ensure that Mobile Phone number is completed as this is the phone number being used.

  3. Type message, save and send SMS

  4. A True Dialog ID will be generated which will confirm message has been sent

Sending Bulk Text Message

When sending to more than one contact or a bulk text message will require the use of a Marketing List.  If list has already been created, skip to step 7.

  1. Select Marketing and Marketing List

  2. When creating new list, select Targeted At dropdown and choose Target Source and Save

  3. Select + button to add new records to list

  4. Select how you wish to find contacts

  5. Select desired contacts

  6. List will show included contacts

  7. Using Advanced Find, select Bulk Text Message form “Look for” dropdown

  8. Select from existing Bulk Text message or create new Bulk Text

  9. Select who will be sending message by choosing from “Send from” drop down and type message.

  10. Select Marketing List for distribution and click Send

  11. Confirmation of message sent will generate True Dialog ID
