Creating Workflow
- Select Settings and Processes
- Click New
- Begin Create Process wizard by selecting entity and clicking OK
- Click Scope dropdown and select Organization
- Select Record Field Change
- Select Record Field associated with process
- Select Add Step and Create Record
- Click Create drop down and select Text Message
- Insert Subject title and click on “To” field and then select Contact from the “Look for” dropdown
- Create message and include dynamic content (optional) from same “Look for” field, then click Save and Close
- Add Step and select Change Status
- Select Create (Text Message) and change to Sent, click Save and Activate
