Package Install Steps
- Click on link to install new package on the target org
- https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t7F000005QyrK
- Login to Salesforce account (Admin permission recommended)
- Select user profiles for install
- Click App Launcher
, select True Dialog if available or search for SMS User Authentication - Go to SMS User Authentication page
- Enter True Dialog login and password. Click Save button.
- Saved Successfully message should will appear and TD account information will populate
- Enter True Dialog password once more and click Callback Registration button. You should receive notice that a successful registration occurred.
This should complete the installation and setup of True Dialog integration. If your Leads and Contacts screen does not configure correctly, you can follow steps for configuring buttons.
