Add/Edit Contact List
- Click Contacts>Contact Lists
- Click New List to create new or click on existing list name to edit.
- Insert Contact List Name
- Select Type
- All – Contacts must meet all criteria below.
- Any – Contacts must meet any of the criteria below.
- Select attribute for segmentation – All contact attribute data can be used for segmenting including system attribute data such as created date, keyword, etc...
- Data type associated with attribute will determine options for segmenting (i.e. text can be any value, dates will have range values, Yes/No will be limited to Yes or No, etc...
Please note: Contact List created within this screen are dynamic and will grow/shrink based on contact data.
- Click Create Contact List
- Get Count – To see how many contacts meet the list criteria and are opted in to receive SMS. Select desired subscription name that includes (SMS).
