Edit Subscriptions

Edit Subscriptions (Default subscription is set to Dbl opt-in)

  1. Click Account Name> Subscriptions in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on Subscription Name to edit an existing subscription.
  3. Edit Subscription Name (25-character limit; no spacing allowed) - Included in double opt-in.
  4. Insert Program Name (25-character limit) – Included in program
  5. Select Type
    1. Dbl Opt-in requires end user action (as shown below) for any contact added by ANY means other than a keyword submission from handset. Until end user replies ok, they are not considered opted-in and will not receive any mass text.  A single handset confirmation message will be sent within a seven-day period.   Any new member to Dbl Opt-in subscription will also receive program message (also shown below) upon entry.
    2. Single Opt-in does not include program messaging cadence or require any end user action.
  6. Select Message Frequency – Only pertains to double opt-in subscriptions & is included in program message.
  7. Click Update to save

*The double opt-in message shown below only occurs with Dbl Opt-in subscription types
