Click Send Messages>Campaigns in the navigation menu.
Under Action menu on Campaign Dashboard click Push Campaign icon
Select ExecuteNow or Schedule – If scheduling complete using wizard and be sure to select desired time zone.
Select Channel – Refers to the code from which message will be sent. If sending off lower-level account(s) you can use Round Robin or Round Robin Id. Round Robin Id will send from respective account long code based on contact record Assigned ID value.
Select from Contact List(s) or Contacts
Contact List – Choose from existing contact list(s), if contact is included in multiple lists, system will de-dup; Exclude contact list(s) also available.
Contact(s) – Enter phone number(s) individually.
Single Use(Optional)- If you wish to send a single use campaign to end users that may have previously received, you can select Ignore Single Use and system will deliver again.
Click Send
Let’s Review – A summary of the action being executed including estimated message count, account balance, etc... Should you need to add additional credits, you can do so from the Account Details page (see pg.4).
Enter Confirmation Code – No spaces are to be included when entering code.
